Return Policy
Merchandise may be returned for an exchange or store credit only. No refunds will be given. All merchandise must be returned in new, unopened/unworn condition with all original tags attached. All dance slippers and shoes must be in original/unworn condition. All leotards are final sale. Items that are unwashed, unworn, and unused and in original condition may be returned within 30 days after purchase for an exchange or store credit.
Exchanges can be made within 30 days of your purchase date. Items may be returned to Ballet Beautiful – for return address please email customerservice@balletbeautiful.com. Please indicate the reason for the return on your receipt. Any return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We will only refund shipping charges if the wrong item was sent, or if the item sent was defective.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds. Items may be returned for exchange or store credit only. Once the return has been approved (the items have to be in perfect condition and internal labels must be intact), you will receive a store credit to your Ballet Beautiful account. Credit will be for the paid price of the item, excluding any shipping fees.
Our Regular Return Policy Does Not Apply to Streaming Videos, Online Classes or DVDs
All streaming video, class and DVD purchases are final, including the Custom Workout subscription. We reserve the final approval on all returns and exchanges.
Merchandise purchased from other retailers, including department stores or specialty stores, must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased, and is subject to the return policy of the originating retailer.
Ballet Beautiful reserves the right to reject returns sent or communicated beyond the return period limit, or items which are not in the same condition in which they were received.
